2023年11月5日上午，“面向未来的全球合作与交融”艺管国际-西湖论坛闭门会议在浙江音乐学院如期举行。浙江音乐学院林宏鸣教授、法国巴黎索邦大学吉勒·德莫奈教授、美国纽约大学理查德·马洛尼教授、美国东北大学安东尼·保罗·德·瑞蒂斯教授、英国约克大学玛尔塔·埃雷罗博士、韩国祥明大学李东淑教授、韩国庆熙大学尹美罗教授、北京大学林一教授、中央美术学院余丁教授、中央戏剧学院孙亮教授、北京舞蹈学院张朝霞教授、上海音乐学院颜聪副教授等12所高校的专家学者参加了会议。会议由浙音艺术与文化管理高等研究院院长林宏鸣教授主持。
会议围绕主办方提出的艺术管理国际合作与发展主题，经充分讨论，决定发起成立“艺术管理国际联盟”（以下简称联盟），原则通过联盟章程和艺管硕博研究生国际夏令营策划方案等。经讨论和举手表决，推举浙江音乐学院艺术与文化管理高等研究院院长林宏鸣教授为联盟主席，美国纽约大学表演艺术管理研究生课程主任理查德·马洛尼教授、英国约克大学艺术与创意技术学院创意产业管理专业系主任玛尔塔·埃雷罗博士和韩国祥明大学文化政策研究所所长李东淑教授任副主席。吉勒·德莫奈教授、理查德·马洛尼教授、安东尼·保罗·德·瑞蒂斯教授、玛尔塔·埃雷罗博士、李东淑教授、尹美罗教授、林宏鸣教授、林一教授、余丁教授、孙亮教授、张朝霞教授、颜聪副教授为联盟常务理事。联盟秘书处设在浙江音乐学院。
联盟以构建国际范围内的艺术管理学术共同体为出发点，推动艺术管理人才培养、学科创新、实践活动等合作，促进跨文化沟通与交流、艺术管理领域的学科交叉以及艺术管理人才的多元汇通，拓展艺术管理学科的全球影响力。联盟是以共商、共建、共享为原则，全球范围内的相关高等院校在自愿基础上，结成的非政府、非营利、开放性、国际化的艺术管理国际合作平台。

作为本次会议的重要成果之一，“关于推进艺术管理国际合作发展的中国杭州西湖宣言”（中英文）全文发布如下：
关于推进艺术管理国际合作发展的中国杭州西湖宣言
文明因多样而交流，因交流而互鉴，因互鉴而发展。在全球化与现代化背景下，艺术管理实践呈现出一种不同观念、文化和历史语境下的交融。为了促进全球范围内的校际合作，分享艺术管理学科建设的资源和经验，在文明互鉴过程中探索艺术管理事业的创新发展，由中国浙江音乐学院、法国巴黎索邦大学、美国纽约大学、美国东北大学、英国约克大学、韩国祥明大学、韩国庆熙大学和中国北京大学、中央戏剧学院、中央美术学院、北京舞蹈学院、上海音乐学院等国内外12所高校的代表共同发起成立“艺术管理国际联盟”（International Alliance of Arts Management，以下简称“联盟”）。该联盟面向未来的全球合作与交融，旨在通过建立一个常态化的柔性平台，探索艺术管理国际合作新模式，促进学科创新、人才培养、实践活动等多方面的国际交流。
我们认为，艺术是人类文明的重要组成部分，它以其独特的方式反映和影响着社会生活。因此，我们有责任和义务推动艺术管理的国际合作与发展。我们看到，世界各地的艺术管理教育和实践在不断发展和创新，但同时也面临着许多共同的挑战和机遇。因此，我们有必要建立一个平台，以便于世界各地的艺术管理教育和研究机构相互交流、合作和共同发展。本着“开放包容、互学互鉴、互利共赢”的精神，以“面向未来的全球合作与交融”艺管国际-西湖论坛举办为契机，联盟面向全球正式发布“关于推进艺术管理国际合作发展的中国杭州西湖宣言”。倡议如下：
1. 致力于推动艺术管理的国际合作与发展，建立一个开放、包容、创新和可持续发展的艺术管理国际联盟；
2. 开展艺术管理教育、研究和实践的交流与合作，共享资源、知识和经验，推动艺术管理的创新和发展；
3. 加强不同文化背景下的艺术管理理解和实践的交流，增进相互理解和信任，推动跨文化艺术的交流与合作；
4. 培养具有全球视野和跨文化交流能力的艺术管理人才，为世界各地的文化艺术事业发展做出贡献；
5. 鼓励和支持成员之间的科研合作和学术交流，共同提升艺术管理的学术水平和影响力。
我们相信，通过我们的共同努力和合作，我们能够实现这些目标并推动艺术管理的国际合作与发展。我们期待着与世界各地的艺术管理教育和研究机构一起携手前行，国际艺术管理发展将拥有广阔前景和美好未来！
Declaration on Advancing International Cooperation in Arts Management in West Lake, Hangzhou, China
The diversity of civilizations has led to cultural exchange, which promotes cultural mutual learning, which in turn promotes cultural development. In the context of globalization and modernization, the integration of arts management practices presents different concepts, cultures, and historical contexts. In order to promote inter-school cooperation in the world, share the resources and experience of arts management discipline construction, and explore the innovative development of arts management in the process of mutual learning of multiple civilizations, International Alliance of Arts Management (hereinafter referred to as the "Union") has been established, and collaborated with representatives from 12 domestic and foreign universities, including Zhejiang Conservatory of Music，Sorbonne University, New York University, Northeastern University, University of York, Sangmyung University, KyungHee University, and Peking University, The Central Academy of Drama, Central Academy of Fine Art, Beijing Dance Academy, Shanghai Conservatory of Music, etc...The alliance, future-oriented global cooperation, and integration aims to explore a new mode of international cooperation in the development of arts management discipline by establishing a normal and flexible platform and promoting international exchanges in various aspects such as discipline innovation, talent cultivation, and practical activities.
We believe that the arts are an important component of human civilization, reflecting and influencing social life in its unique way. Therefore, we have the responsibility and obligation to promote international cooperation and development in arts management. We see that arts management education and practice around the world are constantly developing and innovating, but also facing many common challenges and opportunities. Therefore, it is necessary for us to establish a platform for mutual exchange, cooperation, and common development among arts management education and research institutions around the world. The alliance has officially released the "Declaration on Advancing the Cooperative Development of International Arts Management Disciplines in West Lake, Hangzhou, China" globally, with the spirit of "openness, inclusiveness, mutual learning and win-win" and the opportunity to hold the Arts Management International-West Lake Forum on future-oriented global cooperation and integration. The initiatives are as follows:
1. Committed to promoting international cooperation and development in arts management, establishing an open, inclusive, innovative, and sustainable international alliance for arts management;
2. Carry out exchanges and cooperation in arts management education, research, and practice, share resources, knowledge and experience, and promote innovation and development in arts management;
3. Strengthen the exchange of understanding and practice in arts management under different culture backgrounds, enhance mutual understanding and trust, and promote cross-cultural art exchange and cooperation;
4. Cultivate arts management talents with a global perspective and cross-cultural communication abilities to contribute to the development of culture and art around the world;
5. Encourage and support scientific research cooperation and academic exchange among the members of the Alliance to enhance the academic level and influence of arts management collectively.
We believe that through our joint efforts and cooperation, we can achieve these goals and promote international cooperation and development in arts management. We are looking forward to working hand in hand with arts management education and research institutions around the world, and the development of international arts management will have broad prospects and a bright future!
